The brief interview with Jack O'Connell's - one of three included on this release from Studiocanal - is one of the most candid I've seen in years. The actor has a raw energy to him and an honesty that makes a refreshing change from the usual "everyone was adorable" love-ins. He admits "by the end of it, I was pretty knackered", and says of Yann Demange's "unrelenting" approach, "I think I witnesse him shaving five years off his life".

The other two interviews don't disappoint either. Screenwriter Gregory Burke seems have also taken an honesty pill and talks about how he hates the theatre and became an "accidental playwright". Yann Demange, giving the most conventional of the three interviews, offers some interesting observations on shooting the film and talks about how he came to the project. All in all, they may be short, but there's a lot going on.
