Read Keith Hennessey Brown's film review of Another Public EnemyTartan's Region 0 PAL format DVD presents good value for money if Another Public Enemy is your kind of Korean film, with a decent anamorphic transfer that preserves the film's original 2.35:1 aspect ratio; a choice of DTS and Dolby 5.1 mixes besides the standard 2.0 and an extensive extras package, encompassing - takes deep breath - a feature commentary with director and cast; a making of featurette; a behind the scenes examination of one of the action sequences; production and the film's original theatrical trailer.
These add value but don't really make up for the fact that the movie is somewhat poor.
