Eye For Film >> Movies >> Black And White (2002) DVD Review
The sound and picture quality is excellent, but the extras are nothing special.
Original theatrical trailers tend not to impress, because every DVD has them now, and as far as the interview with the director goes, well, I suppose finding out his influences and motivations is interesting enough, but it's not as if the focus of Black & White is it's revolutionary direction.
The film is story-driven and although Craig Lahiff does a competent job, it is nothing out of the ordinary. Interviews and footage from those involved in the real story would have been fascinating.
Any comment from Rupert Murdoch? Sorry, mate! No can do.
