Carlito's Way: Rise To Power

Read Keith Dudhnath's film review of Carlito's Way: Rise To PowerThe picture quality is as good as you'd expect from a film released this year. The audio quality is equally clear, although the surround sound is never used to any great effect. Subtitling is available on the main feature and on all the extras.
If the film wasn't such a stinker, this would be a really nifty set of extras. Everything is here that you could want: deleted scenes, outtakes, cast interviews and Making Of featurettes. Admittedly, the featurettes have been split into little bits to make it look like there's more than there actually is, but it doesn't do too much harm. All that's missing is someone asking, "Who on earth thought that making this film would be a good idea?" Without this, there's no way the audience could possibly care about the extras.
Oh, I forgot... there's a trailer for Carlito's Way on here, too. If you ever find Rise To Power in your player, because of some horrible sin you committed in a past life, just watch this trailer instead.
