Chance In A Million: Series One

Read Amber Wilkinson's film review of Chance In A Million: Series OneThat these episodes have enjoyed a digital scrub-up is easy to see when you compare then to the pilot episode also included on the disc. They'll never look a million dollars, but the picture and sound quality are both perfectly acceptable.
The photo gallery is for completists only but it is nice to see the inclusion of the pilot here - an alternative, less funny version of the first epidode in the series, Plumstones. It's interesting to see how the writers tweaked the script to sharpen it up and in the spirit of 'waste-not-wont-not' went on to use a plot element ditched from the pilot later on in the series.
It's only a shame - isn't it always - that there is no documentary here. It would have been great to see the cast and crew talking about the series, especially considering how stellar the central actors have now gone on to be.
