Cyrano de Bergerac

This Oscar-winning version of the Cyrano legend is a good enough film to stand on its own, without the need for flashy extras and special features. Which is just as well, because all you get with this are the standard cast and crew biographies, and even they aren't much to write home about.

The black-and-white picture quality is good, but the sound is patchy.
