Ed Byrne - Different Class

Read James Benefield's film review of Ed Byrne - Different ClassThere are two DVDs extras: Fake Orgasm and a feature-length commentary. On a side note, the menu has a rather ill-fitting track by American rock-band Weezer playing in the background.
Fake Orgasm is taken from a nineties Channel 5 TV programme. In the intro, Byrne says he hasn’t performed the routine in a while. It’s fairly far away from the material in his current show (by its very title, it’s a little racier). The most amusing thing about it is probably how long Ed’s hair is.
The second extra is a commentary by Ed Byrne and a somewhat croaky sounding Jimmy Carr. It’s more of an interview, than a commentary. Carr is his usual facetious, vaguely shocking self but the two have a pretty interesting conversation which takes in discussion of both of the comic’s careers and the content of the routine itself.
