Executive Decision

Filmed Panavision, the 2.35:1 picture exhibits some grain and dirt in some scenes but is mostly spotless. Exec Dec really should be viewed on a large screen since there are a lot of deep focus shots. In fact, I think it would be a good idea for Warner to release the film in their new HD-DVD line. It's really one of those films that would benefit. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

The Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack is full of loads of bass and roaring sound effects of plane engines and there's a few good explosions too. The chaos at the end of the movie comes through brilliantly and will surely be pissing your neighbors off.

There are zero extras. Which is criminal.
