Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Read Gabriella Trybalska's film review of Ferris Bueller's Day OffAny classic should be well packaged and come with the right extra material to do the release justice. Given that this film was made in the eighties there is no excuse not to fill the disc with extras - so did they?
Well yes, the behind the scenes features such as Getting The Class together and the making of are the usual on-set chatter featuring all the principal players involved, though Hughes only appears in the late eighties set visit. Wait till you see that mullet - onscreen god Pat Sharp would be proud.
It's one big Hughes Lovefest as they rave about the script and the fact he wrote it in only six days. Retrospectively the cast appears to give an insight into their memories of filming, how Hughes works and overall how much of a genius the guy is - albeit with a dodgy barnet (maybe his knowledge and power comes from his hair, who knows?)
Overall a disc to check and and re-visit for some feel-good frolics, only to be watched on days off, though, kids. No special exceptions here.
