Music In Darkness

Read Leanne McGrath's film review of Music In DarknessThe disc presents the movie with excellent, sharp picture quality. There is little grain or marks on the print and the lighting is superb with clear black and white tones.
The dialogue is a little harsh and sometimes crackles, although overall background noise is low.
Extras are minimal, with trailers for Bergman's classic Persona and Autumn Sonata and detailed filmographies for Bergman, Mai Zetterling and Birger Malmsten.
The DVD also comes with four pages of film notes by Philip Strick but sadly these did not accompany the check disc.
Not much on the extra front but the quality of the movies makes up for it.
