Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale

Read Jennie Kermode's film review of Rare Exports: A Christmas TaleRare Exports suffers a bit in the transition to the small screen. Those vast snowscapes just won't have the same impact on the average TV and some of the action scenes towards the end are also diminished. Some readers may have difficulty with the subtitles. That said, in this context it becomes apparent that the film is well suited to family viewing (despite the 15 certificate and some really scary bits). It's a refreshing antidote to the usual Christmas slush and something many families will enjoy as a seasonal treat.
There are unfortunately no extras.
