Sam Ellis is a man on the rise — a hot-shot federal prosecutor on the cusp of a bright political future. But what was meant to be a one-time experience with an escort turns into a growing addiction — a new demon threatening to destroy his life, family, and career.

This DVD package includes a substantial number of deleted scenes, including a lot more material with Lena Headey, who is the best thing about the film. Whilst it's understandable that these were cut - the film is already slow and they would have dragged it out a lot longer without contributing to the plot - it's good to have the chance to see what Headey can do and, in a sense, to get a different take on the events of the film by seeing more of them from her perspective.

Also included is a director's commentary track, with Mora Stephens taking a leisurely approach to talking through the film scene by scene and contemplating her choices. This is very smoothly delivered and gives the impression of being well prepared in advance. It's unlikely to significantly alter your perspective on the film but it does add a little depth.
