Read Keith Hennessey Brown's film review of Revenge Of The Kung Fu MasterLimited in what they can do with the visuals, Tai Seng appears to have gone all out, as far as the audio is concerned, presenting 5.1 mixes for both the Cantonese and English tracks in addition to the standard 2.0.
The centrepiece extra on this two disc PAL-format DVD is a feature length commentary from Donnie Yen and the ever-impressive Bey Logan, who provides a wealth of information on the production itself, as both a friend of Donnie Yen and someone who was on set during the shooting, as well as explaining the broader historical and filmic traditions that the series fits into and, as a real-life practitioner of Hung Gar, the martial arts depicted.
Disc Two also includes a short subtitled Making Of featurette, running 12 minutes and featuring interview snippets and Behind The Scenes footage, along with a biography/filmography for Donnie Yen and a gallery of trailers for other recent Tai Seng Region 2 releases - Fist Of Fury, Kung Fu Master, Red Trousers, Running Out Of Time and Cop On A Mission.
