Read David Graham's film review of The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence)

A solitary deleted scene featuring Martin barking back at a couple of dogs locked in a car would have been appropriate in the film but isn't exactly an original metaphor. Some foley session footage makes the film look more technically accomplished than it might seem, while the Behind-the-scenes feature is at least reassuring in detailing the camaraderie and team spirit that went into the film's production.

An interview with the ever-gregarious Tom Six almost makes you want to take him at his word and give him the benefit of the doubt - he is at least trying to do something different with some pretty sub-standard genre trappings - but his excitable affection for his own work merely confirms him as a lovable loon-ball, who will hopefully rediscover his self-edit button in time for the closing Final Sequence instalment.

In terms of the picture, the DVD is quite blurry due to the limited colour palette, so if you seriously think you'll enjoy this grim cavalcade of horror, the Blu Ray would be the way to go, but if you really think you'll want to watch this more than once you might want to consult a doctor yourself. Preferably not one of Six's characters' persuasions.
