The picture quality is very ropey, with many scratches throughout the film. It's fairly flickery too, with washed out colours. It's to be expected with old source material, and doesn't distract the audience too much from the film. The audio quality is fine. There are no subtitles.

The only extra is Russell Harty interviewing Susan George years later. The film Twinky is never mentioned once. It has been plonked on the DVD just because it happened to be lying around.

It is, however, interesting because it's such a dreadful interview. It's lecherous and creepy. It is fascinating that an interview with a 25-year-old woman makes for far more uncomfortable watching than a film in which a 16-year-old girl marries someone more than double her age, and in which an old man shares a bath with six girls a quarter of his age. Not fascinating enough to warrant buying the DVD, but intriguing nonetheless.
