U2: Rattle And Hum

Read Angus Wolfe Murray's film review of U2: Rattle And HumThe quality of the black-and-white photography is grainy at times, or flooded with a white light. When colour comes in at the Sun Devil Stadiun, Tempe, Arizona, it has a seductive softness.
An absence of extras is not a problem. Being a documentary, it covers much of the ground that might have been used in this section anyway. The film is strong enough to stand on its own.
