The organisers write - "The Grierson:Sheffield Youth Jury Award runs for its second year in 2008. Only this time there is a cash prize of £2000 to the winner. In conjunction with the Grierson Trust, 4 Talent and Sheffield Doc/Fest we have secured a group of dedicated and passionate youth aged between 16-21 from all over the UK to view and judge a collection of docs from the programme. The Youth Jury will attend Sheffield Doc/Fest to award the first prize to the film that appeals best to young audiences."
