The Made In Prague film festival reaches its 21st edition this year. It will celebrate by screening the first UK retrospective of enfant terrible of the Czechoslovak New Wave Jan Němec, who died last year. It will screen 11 of his features and shorts, including his final film The Wolf from Royal Vineyeard Street, in which he reimagines his life, and The Party And The Guests, which was banned "forever" at the time by the Czechoslovak government.
The festival also celebrates the best of the current crop of films from the country, along with additional visual arts, music and theatre. The festival runs from November 8 to December 6, with the film showcase running from November 10-19.
