Do you want to see something really scary?

Then head for London's annual FrightFest this August bank holiday weekend

by Amber Wilkinson

Fans of horror and sci-fi can sink their teeth into some films with a bit more bite at the annual FrightFest.

Held at the Odeon West End, in London, from August 26-29, the programme looks shockingly good.

Friday will mark a celebration of horror maestro George A. Romero's work. Kicking off at 11.15am, fans can enjoy Romero's trilogy Night of The Living Dead, Dawn of The Dead and Day of The Dead, followed by the opening night film - the latest in his zombie series - Land of The Dead.

Another highlight of the weekend is an appearance by Greg McLean, director of Aussie horror Wolf Creek, which screens on the 29th.

Other films being shown, include P and Antibodies.
