Last night saw the Critics Choice awards handed out in Santa Monica, with Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood winning Best Picture - a further indication that there is no clear favourite this year as we get closer to Oscar night. Bong Joon-ho and Sam Mendes were both given awards - for Parasite and 1917 respectively - after the votes for Best Director resulted in a tie. Rare though this is, there was also a tie for Best Song - between Wild Rose and Rocketman.
