Edinburgh College of Art will host a fundraising screening of documentary Ivan's Land on Wednesday, May 6.

The film, directed by Andrii Lysetskyi follows a rural painter, who is acclaimed as Ukraine’s last true folk artist and has his work exhibited in a major show in Kiev.

The screening is free with cash donations being taken on the day in aid of Voices of Children, who provide psychological and psychosocial support to children affected by the war. You can read more about their work here. Director and organiser of the event Polya Moshenska said: "It is still very important to support Ukrainians and Ukraine. Maybe, even more important than before."

The doors will open at 6pm and tickets can be booked at Eventbrite.
