It's unusual for musicals to do better than drama in acting awards, but if anybody understands the effort that these different types of work require, it's the Screen Actor's Guild. Today it announced the nominees for its 2025 awards, with Wicked leading the way and a strong showing for Emilia Pérez. Anora and Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown also received notable attention.
The SAG awards ceremony will take place on 23 February.
