Bike Thief

The humble Ned (that's non-educated delinquent to those of you south of the Scottish Border) is the subject of this comedy short.
Gman and his sidekick J (pronounced Jai if you're from the right bit of Edinburgh), is a man with a grafitti can and a thirst for bike theft. Followed by a documentary crew, he is about to make his 500th steal to earn the crown of the best bike thief in Lothian.
This sort of mockumentary style has been getting a lot of exposure lately and, its true, its cut and run style suits the lower budget of a short film. This isn't quite big enough on laughs or surprises to make it stand out from the crowd, although there is a very nice chase sequence which is inventively shot and pacey.
