Monochrome images show a woman on a bed as a black cloud settles over her. Memories of abuse as sharp as a slap are depicted in abstraction. A raised arm is highlighted with a glow which clearly indicates a threat.

Stevenson boils the anger down to basics and creates a strong message about the legacy of violence in the process.
