Holiday

Two teenagers have boosted a car. They drive around in it, talk about sex, share a joint and interact with the "depressed" mum of one of the boys. In French.
The plot is muddled, but the look is lovely. A nod should be made to cinematographer Natasha Braier for her a delicate approach. The light is warming and vibrant and the camerawork clever, particularly a shot of the two kids talking on the bonnet of the car, heads side by side.
Unfortunately, what starts as languorous becomes long and the story fizzles when it should sizzle.
