In My Head

Ah, goth-metal rockers unite for you have nothing to lose but your cliches. This music video for Torsohorse's guitar-driven brand of heavy metal has all the ingredients familiar to rock chicks and geezers the world over.

I can imagine director Adam Mason with his checklist now... fire? Check. Blood? Check. Zombies in a cage? Check. Oooh, yes, and lets have a bit of rain, too, for contrast. Something of a rock chick in my youth, I'm clearly getting far too old as all I could think about was whether the lead singer was likely to catch a cold under all that water.

The track In My Head is perfectly fine in a rocky sub-Sisters of Mercy sort of way but the video is far too This Is Spinal Tap for comfort.
