Jack Frost

Hollywood has been trying really hard of late to explain death as a glitch in the ever loving cycle of be-there-for-you hug-osophy. Here's the latest. And it's a cracker.
Jack Frost (Michael Keaton) is the singer in a band. He's a fun dad, a sexy husband and a hard-working musician. After the car crash that kills him, he comes back as a snowman. Cool, or what?
Charlie (Joseph Cross) and the guy in the snow suit bond. Mum (Kelly Preston) goes on looking like she's having a good hair day and doesn't know about it. Until the end. When it's tissue time.
Although mushy as a melted doughnut and so absurd it's cute, Keaton's personality almost wins through. The film has a heart. It has a high sugar content, also, but you expect that. Charlie says, "Snowdad is better than no dad." He has a point. Watch out for summer, guys!
