Oktapodi

A chase movie where an octopus chases the love of his life. That's it, really. The multiple directors have stolen and refined the basic plot and dressing of Finding Nemo with a considerably less conservative and realistic, but no less gorgeous, animation style, crystallising the calimari-out-of-water plot and making it short, sweet and snappy.
Its simplicity is its strength, the wordless pantomime animated performances are so good that you could easily watch it with the sound down and still adore every bit of its squishy heroes' adventures. This would ignore the excellent Greek-style string quartet scoring, which is a gentle little ditty that delights and punctuates the animation beats beautifully.
A lovely two-and-a-half-minute entertainment.
