Music videos can do anything and it's cool.

Will Andrews illustrates a number from Spacemen 3 with multi-layered images that fade in and out of a shifting yellow, pink and blue wash of colour. Words are stretched into homilies that float in the visual soup and then drown. An American voice is talking about something you can't quite grasp, or hear. One of the images is a young man's face. He appears to be frothing at the mouth. Behind him in the gauze of filtered shapes, a man in a blue coat stands with his arms out on what might be a balcony.

All the time, you're thinking, "This sounds like Jim Morrison; it must be The Doors."

As if it matters.
