This collection is comprised of three lovingly restored Otto Preminger noirs and is now available on Blu-ray. It showcases some superb cinematography which has hitherto been poorly represented on the small screen.
Dana Andres plays a drifter who falls for a beautiful woman (Linda Darnell) and plots to marry and divorce another woman (Alice Faye) in order to get the money he needs to make her his - but things don't go to plan.
José Ferrer plays a sleazy con-artist who wins the trust of Gene Tierney's fragile housewife after she is caught shoplifting. When she agrees to let him hypnotise her, she soon finds herself in far worse trouble.
Dana Andrews plays a police officer who will go to any lengths to cover up the accidental killing of a suspect, but life gets complicated after he meets Gene Tierney's character, the beautiful, abused wife of a mobster.
