The Umbrelly

Cartoon dancing girls deliver a safer sex message in a film that's Broadway Melody of 1933 meets a packet of Durex.
It's all a bit odd, as refugees from the Ziegfeld Follies dance around umbrellas to Tuxedo Junction while a voice reads out a poem with a rather twisted safe sex message:
You insert the umbrelly through the head of the penis. Make sure you don't miss. Be precise. And push it into the scrotum with a plunger-like device.
Er, right.
The poem is witty and the animation inventive - there's a bit of a Bob Godfrey vibe - but The Umbrelly is a bit clever-clever for my tastes, and really, showgirls would never dance to a Big Band tune.
