Eye For Film >> Festivals >> A-Z >> Abertoir >> 2015
Abertoir celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2015, a big occasion for a festival that started out very small indeed. It's always punched above its weight with the quality of film content and guests it's brought in, and this year was no different, with a veritable feast of fright for fans to enjoy. There was a retrospective looking at Vincent Price's Anglophile work, some great new Japanese content and, alongside the films, episodes of TV series Attack On Titan and Danger 5. Guests of honour included Victoria Price (daughter of the great Vincent), composer Fabio Frizzi, actor/director Steve Oram and playwright Robert Lloyd Parry.
The festival ran from November 10 to 15.
