A special strand celebrating the success of superheroes in film, curated by massively successful Glaswegian graphic novelist Mark Millar, this strand does a good job of challenging audience expectations of the genre. Millar's collection shows that comics can include a wide range of styles. This is a great chance to explore lesser-known yet intriguing films you may not get the chance to see elsewhere, as well as to enjoy great new versions of old favourites. Kneel before Zod!
