Life Of Pi opened the 50th edition of NYFF
Celebrating its 50th edition, New York Film Festival aims not to be a marketplace but rather a celebration of talent, bringing together the cream of the crop from other festivals around the globe.
The festival, which runs from September 28 to October 14, opens with the world premiere of Ang Lee's 3D Life Of Pi and closes with Robert Zemeckis' thriller Flight, starring Denzel Washington.
