The 35-year-old had her first screen role in Audrey Estrougo’s Regarde-moi, charting a romantic triangle, followed by Jean-Luc Godard’s Film Socialisme and Teddy Lussi-Modeste’s Jimmy Rivière. She had a small role in a popular comedy Les Gorilles and then played a violent prisoner opposite Sophie Marceau in La Taularde, again directed by Audrey Estrougo. At the same time she was forging a reputation on stage.
The film will screen on Friday, June 22 in Odeon 2, Lothian Road, at 8.40pm and on June 23 at Cineworld at 3.30pm.
The film is released by Cinéfile in the UK and Ireland from 31 August, with and additional Bastille Day screenings on 14 July at Filmhouse Edinburgh, Glasgow Film Theatre, Dundee DCA, and Aberdeen Belmont Filmhouse. London CinéLumière also has a special preview on 12 July while it is also part of the official selection at Chichester Film Festival on 26 August.
