The full line-up for this year's Glasgow Frightfest mini-festival has been announced, with Xavier Gens' Albert Sánchez Piñol adaptation Cold Skin among the highly anticipated films set to première there. Contained within the Glasgow Film Festival, it is considered a highlight of the horror year and always sells out. It will run from 1 to 3 March.

Gens' will be among several special guests present to talk about his film and answer audience questions. Actor Arnold Sydney Junior and producer Frank Leraci will introduce their violent game show thriller Sixty Minutes to Midnight and Adam Marcus will bring cast members with him for the première of late (or early?) Christmas shocker Secret Santa.

New talents with work featuring at the festival include Mexico's Issa López, whose Tigers Are Not Afraid blends fantastic elements with horrors that happen all too often in the real world. The undead get their day with The Ravenous, Attack Of The Bat Monsters and The Wanderers: Quest Of The Demon Hunter, and there's an occult horror focus with Pyewacket, The Blacksmith And The Devil and ghostly romance The Lodgers. Friendly Beast explores the evil within all of us and Primal Rage presents a properly scary Bigfoot with a brain.

The mini-fest will also feature the winning entries from Frightfest's Scottish 90 second film competition.

"With our bold choices and the quality of programming, FrightFest is once again positioned to deliver at our beloved second home in Glasgow," said festival director Alan Jones.

Frightfest passes will go on sale at noon on Monday and don't cover the 1 March films, which fans will have to book seperately.

Tickets for other other films screening at the GFF will go on sale on 25 January.
