New NYFF venue announced

Film at Lincoln Center has added the Bronx Zoo as a New York Film Festival Drive-In venue, where the Opening Night film, Steve McQueen’s Lover’s Rock (September 23 at 8pm), will screen, followed by John Waters Presents: Art Movie Hell at the Drive-In (Gaspar Noé’s Climax and Pier Paolo Pasolini’s Salò, or the 120 Days Of Sodom, September 27 at 8pm), and Spike Lee’s American Utopia (October 7 at 8pm), the documentary on David Byrne’s Broadway hit.

Previously announced Drive-In locations are The Brooklyn Army Terminal at 80 58th Street and The New York Hall of Science at 47-01 111th Street in Corona, Queens. The Bronx Drive-In is at the Bronx Zoo at 2300 Southern Blvd.

Tickets to the general public went on sale today for the 2020 New York Film Festival which runs from September 17 through October 11, 2020.
