The 16th edition of the Glasgow Film Festival ran from February 26 to March 8 and included a retrospective dedicated to dystopian cinema and a country focus on Iceland. It opened with Alice Winocour's Proxima and featured nine world premieres. Special guests included George Mackay, Simon Bird, Emily Beecham, Celia Imrie and Bill Paterson.
