The 2021 edition of Edinburgh Film Festival will run as a hybrid event, from August 18 to 25. There will be physical screenings in the capital's Filmhouse and St Andrew's Square, with additional outdoor screenings at Port Edgar Marina in South Queensferry. Films will additionally be screened via an online platform. The full programme will be announced on July 28.
